Social Media is all the craze right now. Everybody wants to “get it.” Some people think it’s complex to understand.
Yet there are several simple steps to make Social Media work for you, right now.
Step #1: Write content. Publish.
Create content to your heart’s desire. Publish it to your blog.
Step #2: Promote to the world.
When you’ve finished publishing, let the world know of your masterpiece. Digg is currently my favorite, but you can have more, it’s up to you.
Step #3: Tweet.
Use Twitter to announce your new content. Your teaser, article headline, and shortened URL (bit.ly or Digg’s) should fit in 140 characters.
Done.
There. Simple, isn’t it?
