Participated in regional and international events, notably International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) competitions in Antalya – Turkey (1999), Beijing – China (2000), and Tampere – Finland (2001), the ACM ICPC contest Philippines, and Microsoft Imagine Cup 2005 Japan. Got a bronze medal in IOI 2000 (Beijing, China).
Graduated from STT Telkom, Bandung in 2006, majoring Informatics Engineering. Attended TK Mutiara Kediri (kindergarten), SD Pawyatan Daha & SD Kampung Dalem Tulungagung (elementary), SLTP Negeri 1 Tulungagung & SLTP Negeri 1 Kediri (junior high), and SMA Negeri 2 Kediri (high school).
